The Position

We are looking for you to join Roche and our Services & Solutions Center in Budapest.

The People Support Solutions (PSS) organization brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.
Your day to day responsibilities will be:
As a Web Team Intern you are a valued member of the Integrated Workforce Solutions Chapter. Your future team is focusing on attracting and engaging talents worldwide. As a key player in talent acquisition and digital marketing the team is building strong talent pipelines, creating Roche brand awareness and social media / talent marketing campaigns and increasing the number of valuable candidates via different online channels.
 

Your key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Managing the content on the Roche Career Web PagesManaging (creating and scheduling) the content on different social media channelsMonitoring and handling inquiries and comments on the global Roche social media channels (LinkedIn and Facebook)Gaining knowledge about analytics of our employer branding efforts and applying that knowledge in order to advise our HR and Digital Talent Marketing teams globallySupporting the embedding of the new ways of working, actively participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiativesBehaving as role model to team members, showing positive and flexible attitudeBuilding relationships with HR colleagues within the PSS organization as well as with customers to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness.

Active student status at a Hungarian universityConfidence in the digital world/social media and digital agility. Knowing and understanding social media and digital tools, CRM, is an advantage.Basic understanding in social media content management (don’t worry if you are not an expert yet, you will learn on the way)Proactive mindset (you are not afraid to learn new skills)Strong customer centricity, end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindsetMulti-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environmentFluent English
