The Opportunity:

In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team’s efforts to empower the Department of Defense’s navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.

Serves as the primary web developer responsible for the development, maintenance, and technical oversight of command websites across NIPR and SIPR networks. This role focuses on Classic SharePoint development and coding support, particularly for secure environments, and is critical to the functionality, accessibility, and compliance of JNWC web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web environments using Classic SharePoint, ensuring site functionality, security, and alignment with user requirements.Provide coding and development support for SIPR network websites, including troubleshooting and custom solution implementation.Collaborate with J6 and technical teams to implement web-based tools, scripts, and templates that enhance internal communication and mission support.Integrate multimedia content (video, images, graphics, documents) into web frameworks as needed, supporting command initiatives while maintaining technical and security standards.Ensure compliance with DoD, USSPACECOM, HHQ directives, OPSEC, public release protocols, and relevant policy guidance.Maintain documentation for development activities, configurations, and updates within web environments.

Qualifications:

5 Years of relevant website design experience2 Years of SharePoint Administration experiencePrior experience working with classified/secure networks or an understanding of DoD security regulations, policy and proceduresBA/BS in related fieldCompTIA Sec+

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Classic SharePoint development (including custom web parts, workflows, and site collections)Experience working in secure networks, particularly SIPR, with an understanding of applicable coding and security protocolsFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting for SharePoint environmentsUnderstanding of DoD IT infrastructure, compliance policies, and Public Affairs/public release requirements

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$58,500 - $122,800
