In this role, you will leverage your expertise in WebMethods and related technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions that support mission-critical business processes. **Your role and responsibilities** As a WebMethods Developer, you will: * Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using the WebMethods software suite. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Develop and maintain REST/SOAP web services and ensure seamless communication between systems. * Utilize ESB and SOA principles to build scalable and maintainable integration architectures. * Write clean, efficient code using Java, XML, XSLT, and XPath. * Manage source code using version control systems like Git. * Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with a focus on performance and reliability. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a WebMethods Developer or in a similar role. * Strong proficiency in the WebMethods software suite. * Solid understanding of Java, XML, XSLT, and XPath. * Experience with ESB, SOA, and REST/SOAP web services. * Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and collaboration abilities. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience working in Agile development environments. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. * Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid integration models. * Certification in WebMethods or related technologies. * Exposure to enterprise-level integration projects across diverse industries.
