Web Strategist

**Introduction**
As a Web Strategist on the Digital Experience team, you will help design and evolve impactful web experiences that enhance IBM’s brand and credibility with clients, prospects, and audiences worldwide. Leveraging data, research, and strategic thinking, you will shape purposeful user journeys that engage visitors and inspire action.
In this role, you will partner closely with global, cross-functional teams to define and execute a cohesive web strategy that supports business priorities and connects meaningfully with target audiences.
We’re seeking an inventive, highly collaborative strategist with strong experience in web experience development and a deep enthusiasm for data-led marketing.
**Your role and responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with marketing and business stakeholders to create web strategies that align with organizational goals
* Designing, launching, and refining web experiences to improve performance against core business objectives
* Continuously testing and optimizing through data-driven experimentation
* Proactively exploring new approaches and tactics, using insights from analytics, research, and testing to enhance page performance
* Defining baseline metrics, monitoring KPIs, and regularly sharing performance insights and recommendations with stakeholders
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* at least 2 years of experience in web strategy or digital marketing
* Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager Sites for web page creation and management
* Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or Google Analytics for tracking web performance
* Experience with Adobe Target for implementing personalization and A/B testing
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
* Creative problem-solving skills
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* at least 2 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets, Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
* Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer
* Understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and customer journey mapping
