The specialist supports stakeholders through training, troubleshooting, and collaborative workshops, while also contributing to digital employee engagement via notification systems and proactive content updates. Skills and Requirements Strong SharePoint skills 2+ years of related work experience Experience in website infrastructure, operations, and design Proficiency in HTML/CSS Skilled in user permissions and access control Knowledge of content governance best practices Effective stakeholder communication and support Managing intranet updates and net new content requests Proficiency with the Igloo platform Ability to balance existing updates with new requests • Igloo Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Igloo Software’s backend administration tools for configuring pages, widgets, and site settings (effectively managing the intranet’s technical setup)
