YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BRP is looking for a Web specialist to join our Web team. You will be responsible for managing and publishing web content within our CMS, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), creating and updating website pages based on 360 marketing campaign strategies. You will ensure content and customer journey consistency across multiple brand websites in the EMEA region.
In this role, you’ll work within a fast-paced, multibrand, and international ecosystem, collaborating closely with Digital marketing strategists (representatives from different brands and regions), as well as other specialists in their fields (UX/UI designers, SEO experts, Data analysts) to ensure high-quality content & customer journey executions is delivered across our brand websites.
Understand the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform limitations and proactively propose solutions to enhance efficiency and functionality.
Update and publish content across multiple brand websites using AEM.
Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while ensuring the quality of content.
Maintain consistency across various regional websites, adapting content integration where necessary for international markets.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:Coordinate content priorities with different stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with brands and regions marketing strategists to implement content updates and discuss web journey optimisations.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, SEO specialists, and other specialists to optimize web content strategy and enhance the user experience.
Web Optimization & Accessibility:Conduct website audits to identify areas of improvements, working in tandem with the UX/UI designers, SEO specialists, Data analysts and brand strategists.
Monitor performance and provide insights on website health.
Ensure content integration compliance with Web Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA) to provide an inclusive user experience.
Integrate content with SEO best practices, working in tandem with SEO specialists.
Optimize web customer experiences, working in tandem with brand strategists and UX/UI designers.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (French is nice to know).
3+ years of experience in web content management, digital publishing, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms.
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong ability in understanding 360 marketing initiatives and how to recommend and apply web customer journey best practices.
Understanding of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA).
Preferred Skills:Familiarity with SEO principles , content optimization and customer journey strategies.
Experience working in a multinational, multibrand environment with multiple locales.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with seasonal workload fluctuations.
Experience working with digital asset management (DAM) systems.
Soft Skills:Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
