Marketing - Digital Acquisition (Conversion Optimization and Onboarding)
This is an exciting opportunity to join and work in the fast-paced and energetic environment of Japan Digital Prospect Acquisition. Japan Digital Acquisition is a top priority for the business growth and this individual will play a key role in driving that business forward.
In the role of Marketing - Digital Acquisition (Conversion Optimization and Onboarding), you will be a part of the lower-funnel digital acquisition team, responsible for improving conversions and onboarding experiences for digitally gathered prospects in the aim to maximize efficiency. This team plays a significant part in delivering NAA and RevA through Digital Channel collaborating with upper-funnel digital acquisition team.
The successful candidate will experience working with both Japan local teams as well as teams in other international markets including Center of Excellence and Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions.
Key goals are to:
Provide best in class onboarding experience for prospects.
Establish new innovative acquisition initiatives to fuel future growth.
Collaborate with relevant parties, including local, global teams represented by the Enterprise Center of Excellence and Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions.
Drive NAA (Acquiring Card member) as well as RevA growth centered on increasing the team KPI of card applications through the American Express web site.
Responsibilities:
Focusing on developing best in class UI/UX for entire Digital Acquisition channel both prospecting and referring customers.
Overseeing the management and delivery of those marketing initiatives by partnering with the channel owners who manage the upper funnel and our product owners who manage each product’s performance.
Partnering with our colleagues overseeing Prospect CardShop Team to develop marketing contents that influence conversion, as well as develop customized journeys that reflect an increase in personalization.
Responsible for working closely with key stakeholders in the enterprise Center of Excellence to drive the capabilities development that will help enhance the content testing and user experience for Digital Acquisition.
Minimum Qualifications
Digital marketing experience: Last 3+ years’ work experience.
Excellent oral and written communication in Japanese/English, including meetings and discussions with overseas based colleagues.
Good understanding of consumer attitudes, online behavior, and interactive technologies
Comfortable working with data and software tools and able to distill actionable insights/trends.
Solid understanding of card economics and financial concepts, e.g., ROI.
Results oriented and good project management - ability to drive projects/partners towards deadlines.
Excellent relationship and influencing skills and proven ability of driving results within a matrixed organization.
Must be detail-oriented, a creative thinker, a team player, organized and efficient.
Team player and excellent communication skills to work with colleagues across the lines.
Self-motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
Project/Stakeholder management experience specifically using JIRA platform preferred.
