Job Description The Web Development Manager is will manage the development of custom web and emerging platform applications as well as all corporate and hospital public-facing websites. This position is responsible for managing a team of developers, designing and developing these web applications and emerging platform applications. Other key focus areas include: determining and practicing best practices for web development, working with end users to determine requirements and satisfaction, providing technical assistance and expertise towards development, and providing insight into the latest technologies and techniques that can be leveraged. This position will further be responsible for providing leadership to a team of developers, assisting in their career development, setting meaningful goals and direction for the development team, and delegating work effectively within the development team.  • Build and maintain strong relationships across development, user, and stakeholder groups  • Learn and manage a portfolio of 42 active applications  • Guide and support a team of 7 direct reports  • Balance strategic oversight with technical depth—able to dive in when needed  • Collaborate with one external vendor  • Operate within a hybrid methodology, leaning toward waterfall Champion best practices while adapting to existing processes and culture We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Development background  • Management, with experience navigating complex team dynamics  • Experience with various software development frameworks (ASP.NET or Jave Preferred)  • Oracle or SQL proficiency (writing statements, creating tables, basic DB skills)  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with devs, users, and cross-functional teams • Technical Certifications  • Experience using AI tools like Cursor to supplement development  • Healthcare industry background Experience in larger enterprise environments
