We are currently seeking a Web Design UI/UX Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and forward-thinking designer to join our Innovation Center. This role blends visual storytelling with strategic design to bring innovation concepts to life—ranging from GenAI prototypes to immersive client experiences. The Creative Designer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft compelling narratives, design assets, and visual frameworks that communicate the value of emerging technologies and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Translate complex innovation ideas into visually engaging presentations, infographics, and digital experiences. Design and maintain visual assets for innovation showcases, client workshops, and executive briefings. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and innovation leads to co-create design narratives for MVPs and prototypes. Develop visual identities and branding for innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise guidelines. Create high-impact visuals using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Visio). Support storytelling for GenAI, digital twin, and other emerging tech use cases through visual design. Manage multiple design requests simultaneously with agility and attention to detail. Contribute to the Innovation Center’s design repository and knowledge base. Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in innovation, consulting, or tech environments. Strong portfolio showcasing design for storytelling, product concepts, or innovation campaigns. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint. Experience designing for executive audiences and working in cross-functional teams. Ability to simplify abstract or technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals. Familiarity with trends in GenAI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience working in an innovation lab, design studio, or agile product team. Strong communication skills and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with shifting priorities.
