Job Description:
We’re hiring a Content Strategy & Governance Lead to define and operationalize how content is planned, created, governed, and optimized across our digital ecosystem. This role will help ensure that every piece of content - whether navigational, transactional, educational, or campaign-based - supports a cohesive and effective user experience.
You’ll work as part of the Experience Strategy & Design team and play a key role in shaping how content supports customer journeys, business goals, and digital transformation. This is a hands-on strategy and enablement role that collaborates closely with UX, Product, Marketing, and technical teams to align content execution with strategic intent.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Content Strategy & Planning
Define a scalable content strategy aligned to customer journeys, brand, SEO, and digital experience goals
Audit, structure, and model content to meet evolving user needs and business requirements
Support cross-functional planning of content across web, product experiences, support, and campaign flows
Governance & Standards
Establish and maintain governance models including content roles, workflows, standards, and editorial guidance
Own taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and content classification to support search, personalization, and reuse
Develop processes for content quality assurance, localization, and sunsetting
Operations & Optimization
Partner with product, UX, and marketing groups to manage ongoing content operations within CMS and DAM systems
Maintain content inventories and page-level ownership models
Define and track KPIs to evaluate content performance and prioritize improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, and Marketers to ensure content is integrated early into discovery and design
Advocate for customer-centered content decisions and consistency across channels
Support enablement and onboarding of content contributors across business units
What We Are Looking For:
7+ years of experience in content strategy, digital content operations, or related roles
Strong knowledge of content lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and editorial best practices
Experience working in or with UX/design teams, and integrating content into user-centered design processes
Proficiency with content systems (e.g., CMS, DAM, and taxonomy tools)
Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to lead discussions and drive alignment across teams
Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional, and global environment
Preferred Experience:
Working knowledge of UX research methods, SEO principles, and structured content modeling
Experience in B2B, enterprise
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, AEM, Jira, and analytics dashboards
Work Arrangement:Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$83,483.33 - $82,648.50 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
