Web content Specialist

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Web content Specialist.
**What you’ll do:**
The web contest specialist will be responsible for migrating and managing existing Digital content into AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) to support Eaton’s digital customer experience. Primary responsibilities include working with local and international marketing managers and businesses globally to gather content, literature and other assets to load into AEM; choose content from the system that is relevant to the region; manage the translation process and localize content; test and validate country sites before publication.
They will work with the business teams to maintain and continuously optimize the customer experience on the country sites making data-driven decisions. The specialist will consult with the businesses and countries on web best practices to achieve marketing objectives. He or she will work closely with digital marketing colleagues and IT on any new website requirements requested by the business through our global enhancement processes.
A.Coordinate country and regional websites for Latin American and other regions by working with content providers and stakeholders
B.Gather local, regional and country requirements for websites
C.Align local requirements with Electrical Sector global digital strategy
D.Improve online presence by establishing and executing a regional plan for locally translated country sites displaying appropriate products and market solutions offered in each country
E.Become subject matter expert for regional needs and communicate to global digital team
F.Perform updates to website content in content management platform (Adobe Experience Manager)
G.Generate and report out weekly statistics, monthly analytics and ad-hoc reports as requested from multiple systems
H.Decommission migrated sites or implement redirects where necessary
I.Work with the countries to maintain and continuously improve the customer experience on the country sites
J.Work closely with digital marketing colleagues and IT on any new website requirements as requested by the business

**Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years of experience working directly with online initiatives (websites, web applications, etc.)
+ Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently.
+ Strong marketing, analytics and project management skills
+ Content management experience a must, preference with Adobe Experience Manager
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet)
+ Strong listen, written and verbal communication skills
+ Advanced English proficiency( required)
