If so, let's start the conversation. **Web Adoption Strategy & Implementation:** **Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of the web portal among target user groups.** **Identify key user segments and tailor adoption initiatives to their specific needs and workflows.** **Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate the web portal into existing processes and workflows.** **Monitor and track web portal usage and identify areas for improvement in adoption rates.** **Training Program Development & Delivery:** **Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs (in-person, virtual, and self-paced) on the features, functionalities, and best practices for using the web portal.** **Create comprehensive training materials, including user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and video demonstrations.** **Customize training content to address the specific needs of different user groups.** **Schedule and coordinate training sessions and ensure adequate participation.** **Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments and make necessary adjustments.** **Web Portal Support & Communication:** **Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and provide timely and effective support related to the web portal.** **Develop and maintain clear and concise communication channels to disseminate information about web portal updates, new features, and best practices.** **Gather user feedback and relay it to relevant teams for continuous improvement of the web portal.** **Create and maintain a knowledge base or FAQ section for self-service support.** **Web Performance Monitoring & Reporting:** **Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to web portal usage, user engagement, and content performance.** **Generate regular reports on web performance, highlighting trends, insights, and areas for improvement.** **Analyze data to understand user behavior and identify opportunities to optimize the user experience and drive desired outcomes.** **Present web performance reports to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.** **Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:** **Work closely with web development, content, and other relevant teams to ensure the web portal meets user needs and business objectives.** **Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, trends, and best practices.** **Identify opportunities for process improvement related to web adoption, training, and performance monitoring.** **Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the web portal based on user feedback and data analysis.** Category: Customer Support Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
