What We Offer $17.19 - $19.87 per hour depending on experience 12 hour, rotating shifts Some weekends and overtime required Health benefits, including telehealth medical services On-the-job training Opportunity for advancement Referral bonuses What We're Looking For 1+ year(s) of experience in a similar weaving position Ability to read, write, and follow directions Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Strong attention to detail Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment Ability to identify and classify defects Ability to properly draw in ends Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, repetitively lift up to 18 pounds, reach up to 3 feet, bend, and perform duties in a manufacturing environment (extreme hot and cold conditions) What You'll Do as a Weaver Maintain knowledge of all general plant safety rules and absolutes Operate equipment in a safe manner Meet production goals set by the customer and department manager Follow proper policies, procedures, and job specifications set out by the department and location Maintain knowledge of weaver policies and procedures Complete daily team maintenance (DTM) activities Audit safety items in the assigned department Patrol an assigned set of machines, looking for stopped machines that should be operational Operate waterjet weave machinery by repairing end breaks and starting up mechanical failures Walk the back of machines, completing light inspections on each machine twice per shift Identify and correct cloth and machine defects Fill in on creel machinery as needed Perform other tasks as assigned
