The Specialist also supports inquiries from Wealth Centers and internal clients such as WRMs (Wealth Relationship Managers), Wealth Operations staff, Compliance and Sales Management. Responsible for receiving and executing domestic and international securities orders and providing high quality information and brokerage account maintenance services to clients, internal and external, and in multiple languages.
As our Wealth Services Specialist you will:
Attend to phone lines in queue, service clients accordingly, efficiently within existing guidelines in both languagesReceive and execute buy/sell orders for equities, options, fixed income, structured products, mutual funds, and foreign currencyPerform account maintenance services upon client requestInitiate Forms (IRA distribution, ACH, Journal, etc.)Support clients for Tax reporting needsSupport Premier/HNW brokerage trade inquiry/correction requestsSupport Premier/HNW brokerage for corporate reorgs election completionSupport Middle Office and Operations on all trade related matters and reportsSupport Sales Management and Regulatory ComplianceRespond to regulatory inquiries as neededReceive, review, and analyze a variety of reports and documents for accuracyMaintain proper desk activity recordFor this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $63,400.00 and $95,100.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
