Wealth Ops Processor

Description

The role of Wealth Management – Wealth Ops Processor will be part of an integrated Wealth Management Operations workforce and collaborate with departments responsible for processing annuity transactions; and assisting clients with asset/money movements.   Candidates will also participate in actions to efficiently carry out day-to-day Operations by assisting internal clients including, but not limited to, Financial Advisors, Sales Assistants, Risk-Management and Compliance. 

Primary responsibilities include:

•Processing account opening/account maintenance functions•Handling all asset/money movement transactions•Processing all physical and remote check deposits, as well as stock/bond certificates•Incoming mail handling and repository filing•Ensuring prompt, accurate and timely resolution of all requests and inquiries, including phone correspondence•Field a variety of incoming Financial Advisor calls with a passion to deliver high quality solutions for our customers•Gain deeper knowledge and understanding of Wealth Management Investment products (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Annuities) to handle customer inquiries with increasing complexity

Minimum Requirements:

•Minimum of 1 year or more of bank/financial services customer service-related experience.  •Demonstrated work history of strong attention to detail. •Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.  •Proven ability for positive and customer-focused mindset. •Proven ability to be successful and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment using strong time management skills.•Proven ability to successfully analyze, problem solve and make decisions independently. •Possess goal oriented professional approach with an interest in Wealth Management and Investment Products.•Completed high school degree or GED equivalent.

Preferred Requirements:

•Securities Licenses such as SIE, Series 7 or Series 63 highly preferred.•Demonstrated successful stable work history.•Completed associates and/or bachelors college degree preferred

Hours & Work Schedule:

•Hours per Week: 40•Work Schedule:o M-F: 8:30 AM ET - 5:00 PM ET; Occasional OT Optionalo100% in office. Once fully trained and performing at high level potential for 1 day WFH every week.
