This role will report to the US Head of Wealth Operations and responsible for oversight of account servicing related activity to support our International Wealth and Premier Banking clients.
As our Wealth Operations Account Servicing Manager you will:
Be responsible for optimizing operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance and exceptional customer service
Closely work with our third party outsourced vendor Pershing while assisting in providing proper oversight that in line with HSBC vendor management policies
Oversee the Wealth Servicing portfolio ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Work closely with business stakeholders including compliance and risk to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
Ensure adherence to HSBC policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the Wealth Servicing Operations team
Be responsible for execution of efficiency initiates initiated by the International Wealth Premier Banking function in respective to the Wealth Operations Business Service
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $70,000.00 and $100,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
