The Service Support Officer contributes to the overall success of the Private Banking team by ensuring specific individual goals, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s objectives. The incumbent delivers exceptional personal service in all activities completed to support the Private Banking team. This includes ensuring all activities are conducted within compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Deliver exceptional service by consistently applying service excellence principles and being the best at the basics: Friendly, Willing to Assist, Efficient, and Professional.
Process daily transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and other internal systems.
Support the Private Banking team with client concerns and escalate complaints appropriately.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, including AML, KYC, CDIC, MFDA, and SSI guidelines.
Complete daily operational tasks such as the Accounting Support Package, monitoring activities, and exception handling.
Escalate fraudulent or unusual activities to the appropriate internal teams.
Contribute to a high-performance and inclusive team culture.

You have strong PC and keyboarding skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
You’re flexible and adaptable, able to manage a wide variety of tasks and functions with confidence.
