Wealth Management PXT Business Management - Associate

Our Business Management team optimizes business performances by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. 

As an Associate in Wealth Management PXT Business Management, you will have a dynamic role that will vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business. You will also provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.

Job responsibilities

Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong acumen and expertise in PowerPoint and Excel techniquesCreate presentations quickly and iteratively for senior management presentations, reports, and dashboards, driving things forward and working with stakeholders to stay up-to-date on information needed (e.g., Advisor showcases, business reviews, newsletters, etc.)Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next stepsManage and deliver key work streams and tasksSupport audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) frameworkCoordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessionsCollect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePointParticipate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related areaPrior experience in Business Management or COO rolePrior experience within the Technology spaceProven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders; attention to detail is a mustDemonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agendaExcellent communication, organization and project management skillsIntermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independenceStrong time management and prioritization skillsBe flexible and open to work on ad-hoc initiatives as they arise

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Background in Wealth Management a plusExperience with Confluence nice to have

Candidates must be able to physically work in our offices full-time (5 days). The specific details and timing will be determined and communicated by direct management.
