PWM Client Onboarding Technology, part of PWM Technology is a platform comprising of multiple system needed for onboarding PWM Clients and manage lifecycle. Team is global with developers located in Salt Lake City/Dallas, Bengaluru/Hyderabad & New York/New Jersey.  Join PWM Client Onboarding Technology to be part of a team that is building the next generation onboarding platform for clients across AWM. We are building highly scalable, distributed, low latency onboarding application that provides unified client experience across various divisions in AWM. Our tech stack is both wide and deep. We use technologies/frameworks like ReactJS, Elastic, drools, Geode cache, Camunda workflows and our application is built based on a scalable micro services architecture. You will be part of a smart, passionate and fun team of developers who are excellent collaborators. You will get to design, develop and deploy features across the stack.

This forward-looking group defines scaling practices, team-level best practices, tooling, and reporting, and will always be on the front line of agility within the firm.

 

As a member of Agile, this Associate-level Scrum Master will help drive the success of individual teams while working with senior Agile professionals as a custodian for continuous improvement in how delivery teams become high-performing teams that consistently deliver customer value.

 

YOU WILL

 

Facilitate and support Agile events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint RetrospectiveCoach engineers, designers, product owners and subject matter experts in Agile practices, values and principlesEnsure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelinesGuide team members in story writing and refinement, backlog maintenance, prioritization and planning. Facilitating creation and prioritization of program-level feature and architectural backlogsCoach developer, designer and product team members in Agile practices, values and principlesWork with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the roleTrack and remove impediments, and guide the team to remove impediments

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experienceExemplifies and promotes Agile values and principlesExcellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skillsKnowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practicesComfortable with Scrum concepts like refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniquesPlanning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA3 years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experienceExperience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
