As an Executive Assistant within the Wealth Management, Asia Client Service team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, assist with departmental operations, and contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives. You will help ensure smooth execution of daily activities and support a collaborative, high-performing team.

Job responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Asia Client Service team, ensuring seamless daily operationsAssist with centrally managed responsibilities for the Asia Wealth Management businessCoordinate day-to-day logistics, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and arranging occasional business travelManage expense reports, invoices, and claims with accuracy and timelinessBook meeting rooms, order office supplies, handle collection and distribution of documentsOversee staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employeesPerform additional administrative tasks and ad hoc support as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience within financial services or a corporate environmentOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgroundsSuperior organizational skills and a keen eye for detailProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities under pressure to meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
