Assist the Wealth Administration Manager in managing the administrative functions for the Wealth PortfolioWork closely together with the Office Administrator to ensure smooth operation and provide administrative support to the Wealth Management teamCapture Financial Investment and Assurance Policy data onto the reporting system with speed and accuracyAssist with the completion of applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as requiredAssist with the compilation of client files and statements with accuracy, professionalism and on timeEnsure that contributions towards the monthly financial reporting is accurate and submitted on timeOrganise meetings, conference calls, appointments as well as preparing relevant agendasMonitor projects and duties to ensure that all deadlines are metCreate and disseminate various communications and reportsAttend to telephone calls and prepare incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxesDirect priority queries to appropriate parties for actionYou will be an ideal candidate if you:
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or relevant field will be advantageousDiploma in Financial Planning – preferableMinimum 1 - 2 years Financial Service Office Administration ExperienceAre able to plan and manage tasks in order to meet all relevant deadlines.Are an energetic individual who is analytical mindset and problem solver.You will have access to:
