This position is primarily responsible for injecting various types of runners dies, patterns, soluble and wax assemblies. Ensures that all wax injections are performed as required per company standards.
Performs repetitive injections and control of resulting wax injection, extrusion and billets. Performs inspection of all wax injections and validates with team lead or supervisor Follows established protocol for notification of potential deviations or scrap trends. Assure the necessary stock of materials for the area to maximize productivity. Must pay close attention to detail. Sets up and maintains air guns and tools as required to perform specific activities. Performs other duties as required. Respects the values and code of ethics of the company. Respects the Environment, Health & Safety programs of the company.
