This position is primarily responsible for performing tasks involved with attaching runners to patterns with a proper seal. It also works from various specifications to ensure compliance with company procedures and specifications.
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday 3:30pm to 2am (Afternoon shift premium applies)
(On the job training will be delivered on day shift for 30-90 days / Monday to Friday 6:30am - 3pm)
Starting Wage rate: $20.00 per hour
Works from wax procedures, drawings and other specifications. Inspects clusters for air bubbles, improper seals, broken patterns and cracks Inspects assembled trees and gates for pinholes, undercuts and other defects Repairs and smoothes out runners and gates to ensure they meet specifications. Securely fastens screws in clusters and hang on the conveyor line with similar clusters Follows all work instructions Sets up and maintains small appliances as required to perform specific activities Maintains the necessary stock of materials for the area to maximize productivity Assists in housekeeping of department and cleanliness of immediate area. Maintains necessary documentation Willing to be cross trained in other roles/departments Other duties as assigned
