 This position is primarily responsible for performing tasks involved with attaching runners to patterns with a proper seal. It also works from various specifications to ensure compliance with company procedures and specifications. 
  
 
  
 Afternoon Shift:  Monday to Thursday 3:30pm to 2am (Afternoon shift premium applies) 
  
 
  
(On the job training will be delivered on day shift for 30-90 days / Monday to Friday 6:30am - 3pm)
  
 
  
Starting Wage rate: $20.00 per hour
  
 
  
 
  
+  Works from wax procedures, drawings and other specifications. 
  
 
  
+  Inspects clusters for air bubbles, improper seals, broken patterns and cracks 
  
 
  
+  Inspects assembled trees and gates for pinholes, undercuts and other defects 
  
 
  
+  Repairs and smoothes out runners and gates to ensure they meet specifications. 
  
 
  
+  Securely fastens screws in clusters and hang on the conveyor line with similar clusters 
  
 
  
+  Follows all work instructions 
  
 
  
+  Sets up and maintains small appliances as required to perform specific activities 
  
 
  
+  Maintains the necessary stock of materials for the area to maximize productivity 
  
 
  
+  Assists in housekeeping of department and cleanliness of immediate area. 
  
 
  
+  Maintains necessary documentation 
  
 
  
+  Willing to be cross trained in other roles/departments 
  
 
  
+  Other duties as assigned
