**Job Description** Join our team in a unique role, providing operations management for our West Coast waterfront engineering services support team. This position includes programmatic support for AEGIS Modernization (AMOD) Program leadership, technical support of onsite Government Test Equipment inventory, 3) resource manager for BAE Systems field site team members, and 4) customer integration of waterfront programs and team tasking. Responsibilities: 1) Directly support the AMOD Program by providing programmatic and administrative support to our West Coast Aegis Test Officer (ATO) and Aegis Test Manager (ATM). This involves conducting test team man-power analysis, and managing program Standard Operating Procedures, status of Ship Availability milestones, and availability milestone extensions. This includes compiling presentation briefs, collecting and analyzing long term schedules, participating in various meetings to capture and track action items through resolution, and managing Configuration Review Board meetings. 2) Responsible for overall management of the AEGIS Modernization Team (AMT) Test Equipment Program. This includes checking in/out test equipment, conducting inventory control and routine hands-on inventory inspections, maintaining calibration records, and providing structured reports for accountability. 3) Serve as a resource manager for onsite BAE Systems Waterfront Field Site team. 4) Responsible for developing working relationships with program-level customers. Conduct routine meetings to ensure team meets all support expectations and is executing and delivering in alignment with contractual statements of work. Engage with customers to identify new opportunities, challenges, and ways to interject automation and/or other process improvement initiatives. The selected candidate will need to be detailed and goal oriented, with a high level of self-accountability, professionalism, motivation, and dedication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team setting. Tasking is performed in an oce environment, however ship visits in an industrial environment may be required. This position is in San Diego, CA. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to San Diego, CA or surrounding areas. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, business, computer science of IT discipline and at least 4 years of related experience or Associate degree and at least 6 years of related experience OR High School diploma and 8 years of related experience + Some management and supervisory experience + Proficiency with MS 365 (TEAMS, Word, Excel) and Adobe products **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** US Navy experience **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
