+ Verifies routing card information and correlates with castings and the melt numbers. + Keeps heats (traceability tags) and melt number tags with the castings. + Washes parts using high pressure water equipment and attachments. + Ensures quality of castings of different value. + Ensures cleanliness of equipment and work area being used. + Ensures keeping parts sorted, identified into correct groups in the department. + Performs other duties as required. + Respects the values and code of ethics of the company. + Respects the Environment, Health & Safety programs of the company. + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. + Ability to understand activity instructions + Ability to use measuring instruments + Ability to handle hoists + Tolerance to extreme heat
