Make decisions on significant design and engineering procedures as needed
Function as technical specialist or project manager on mid-size projects as needed
Supervise small staff of professionals and technicians as needed

Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years experience executing technical studies, analyses, and/or designing and creating plans and specifications for water focused projects
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent fieldPrevious experience executing technical studies, analyses, and/or designing and creating plans and specifications for water focused projectsRequires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.Ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for the resultsSelf-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of a taskAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
