The CDM Smith International Development Group is seeking a motivated and capable civil engineer preferably with 3-7 years of experience to support the planning, design and procurement of the National Conveyor Project (NCP) Readiness Infrastructure and other large size water and wastewater infrastructure projects for Jordan. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning, design, and procurement of water infrastructure and gain hands-on experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Job responsibilities:
• Assist in developing detailed designs for water pipelines, including layout, sizing, and material selection.
• Assist in developing detailed designs for wastewater and water plants, including layout, sizing, and material selection.
• Support hydraulic modeling and analysis to ensure efficient and reliable system performance under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, design documents, and construction specifications.
• Help prepare the tender documents and assist in the procurement process.
• Participate in site assessments and field investigations to gather data for design and modeling purposes.
• Contribute to the planning, design, and procurement of water infrastructure and gain hands-on experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to collect the required data.
• Work closely with senior BWI and CDM Smith project staff to support overall project delivery.
• Participate in internal and external meetings and contribute to presentations and documentation.
