Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $27/hourLocation: Midland, TXWork Schedule: 9/80 Assigned Duration: 12 months+Benefits: Comprehensive Insurance, 401(k) program, PTO & Holidays, Company Vehicle Responsibilities Provide financial support through accurate and efficient invoice coding in work orders. Use of SAP financial software and the general ledger account structureMaintain strong relationships with vendors and internal personnel to ensure efficiency and accuracy on paymentsProvide assistance to internal and external customers concerning invoices, data management, and other audit requirementsWork with the water logistics techs and other teams to ensure water hauling and disposal are being managed appropriatelyAssist and support operations teams as needed in water transportationMaintain simple databases or use spreadsheets to conduct reviews of various data points.Complete special projects as assignedCollect and record hard copy paper data from the field into electronic systems.Create and submit work orders, POs, and notificationsFollow all company procedures and established guidelines Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in various office functions including processing invoicesBasic understanding of accounting conceptsExperience in the use of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite requiredStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationshipsAbility to perform in a demanding, busy office environmentDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsExperience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry a plusHigh School diploma or GED is required
