Join a leading company in the energy sector as a Water Logistics Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in managing fluid hauling and water disposal strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Role Overview

Execute fluid hauling and water disposal strategies by coordinating assets between the company and vendors. Network with field operations and trucking companies to ensure excellent service quality. Analyze trucking company rates and management for long-term partnerships. Utilize logistics to schedule assets effectively, ensuring safety, production, and cost goals are met. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing vendors while onboarding new vendors. Audit field tickets and manage invoice approvals for fluid hauling and water disposal work. Split time between field operations and office tasks, learning integral systems for data analysis. Emphasize analytics using graphs and data to improve the overall water department.

Skills & Qualifications

Operability Reviews: Proficient in conducting operability assessments. Distribution Management: Experience in managing distribution logistics. SAP: Strong knowledge of SAP systems for logistics management. Ironsight: Familiarity with Ironsight for operational insights (optional). WEP: Understanding of Water Environmental Practices (optional). Cygnet: Knowledge of Cygnet systems (optional). Measurement: Skills in measurement techniques relevant to logistics. Iconic: Experience with Iconic applications (optional). PI: Proficient in using PI systems for data analysis.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Certifications: Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous. Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics coordination or a related field.
