Cliniwaste, a leading name in the UK clinical waste sector with the country's largest capacity for alternative treatment, is looking for a dedicated and reliable Supervisor to join their team at the Bradford facility. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that the highest standards of service and compliance are met. As Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the site, including adhering to company and legislative requirements, carrying out health and safety checks, and accurately booking in waste on the weigh bridge through the Trace System. The role also involves managing essential paperwork, liaising with the wider Cliniwaste team, and offering hands-on support by helping drivers unload and reload vehicles, performing bin maintenance, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment through general housekeeping tasks. In addition, you will be responsible for palletizing waste, washing bins, and operating various company machinery. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be self-motivated, able to multitask efficiently, and capable of solving problems independently. Experience or knowledge of the clinical waste industry is desirable but not essential. Competence with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), legible handwriting, and a basic understanding of English are important for the role.
