Warranty Technician
Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Warranty Technician working hybrid in Lowell, MI, Menomonee Falls, Tulsa, OK, or Stuart, FL.** Pay rate: $ 26.06/hr Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p (hybrid) **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and upload resume!** Our ideal candidate for this **Warranty Technician** must have/must be able to: + Work independently + Review and understand existing warranty contracts and terms + Provide warranty support to all channel partners, consumers, and internal customers + Vet and process Warranty claims against warranty contracts in a timely manner + Record detailed records of all RMA’s processed into the SalesForce CRM + Execute rational judgment on when to escalate questions and concerns to senior team members + Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, Field service, Product Management, Quality, or Tech Support as needed + Correspond with Returns receiving team on associated Warranty claims Education/Certification Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED Experience requirements for this **Warranty Technician:** + 2+ years of contact center or similar relevant experience + Strong communication skills + Quality/Lean Six Sigma exposure/experience preferred + Process and goal oriented + Marine or RV industry experience preferred + Experience with ERP/CRM databases desired + Proficient with MS Office suite As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
