Job DescriptionEnsure effective resolution of all tyre-related warranty complaints, balancing customer satisfaction with the company’s commercial objectives.
This includes monitoring and reporting of Warranty KPIs.
Organize, coordinate, and track all customer complaints related to tyres, ensuring timely handling and resolution. Oversee the process for scrapping adjusted tyres at REC in compliance with company policies.
Academic degree / diploma in mechanical / automobile engineering (preferred)
Additional InformationHas the ability to resolve complex and/or extensive customer complaints with respect to customer satisfaction and the commercial goals of the company.
