About this RoleThe Warranty Coordinator at Ampacity manages the full warranty lifecycle for Ampacity's solar projects, from supplier documentation and claim intake through replacement coordination and final closeout. This role works closely with operations, field teams, and suppliers to make sure warranty coverage is confirmed, claims are moving, and nothing gets missed. The right person for this role is organized, process-oriented, and able to juggle multiple open items across teams and vendors at the same time.
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
Typical Work Environment
Active solar construction sites with heavy machinery, power tools, and construction equipment in operation.100% outdoor work environment subject to extreme weather conditions including snow and high heat, with exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and uneven terrain.Work at various heights requiring fall protection equipment.Position may require unexpected travel and relocation to project sites with short notice.Physical Expectations
This work is physically demanding in nature and requires constant lifting of 30 – 50 pounds, unassisted, with lifts of 50+ pounds requiring assistance.Working schedule will be 8 – 10 hours a day and 5 – 6 days a week (weather permitting).Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and crawl for extended periods while operating tools and equipment safely.Must be able to participate in required training hours as assigned.
