About the role:

Reporting to the Technical Product Support Manager, the Warranty Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive service experience by managing warranty claims and system-related issues for our UV filtration systems and accessories. This role is critical in supporting our customers and internal teams through timely communication, accurate documentation, and proactive problem-solving.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Receiving, reviewing, and processing warranty claims in accordance with company policies

Coordinating with internal teams (Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Tech Support) and customers to investigate claims and arrange product returns for functional testing

Serving as a primary point of contact for warranty-related inquiries, ensuring timely, proactive communication to deliver a seamless service experience

Maintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systems

Identifying recurring issues or trends and collaborating on process improvement for recurring defects

Ensuring timely delivery of replacement parts and materials

Updating standard work documentation and procedures for claim and warranty processing

The essential requirements of the job include:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or warranty coordination

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
