Our focus is creating longer-lasting, environmentally responsible roofing solutions that can withstand all weather conditions. **Job Title:** Warranty Claims Estimator | **Req ID:** 14853 | **HR Contact:** Abigail Reyes Santiago | **Location:** Building Envelope - Remote Worker **ABOUT THE ROLE** The Warranty Claims Estimator is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate management of warranty claims processes while maintaining compliance with company policies. This position will also process warranty registrations, validate incoming claims and related documentation, and ensure proper follow-up to resolve incomplete or incorrect submissions. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING** + Responsible for adherence to company policies, including safety and the use of personal protective equipment. + Work with the Warranty Claims team to ensure that internal and external customer needs are met and to evaluate estimates submitted by third parties to confirm fair settlement of warranty claims. + Use estimating software to build estimates within defined parameters and help resolve warranty claims on time. + Order and maintain records of roof diagrams to help build estimates using estimating software. + Answer phone and e-mails from customers and sales representatives regarding warranty registration information, claims, and product inquiries. + Review and validate incoming claims, warranty registration, and warranty transfer information, including returning improperly completed forms for correction and completion as needed. + Maintain a record of all claims submitted and their status. + Responsible for settling claims within authority directly with roofers, homeowners, and distributors. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** A bachelor’s degree or a combination of an associate degree, previous industry-related work experience, and licensure or certification is preferred—a minimum of 5 years of roofing or similar industry experience. Knowledge of computers, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Docs, is required. IIBEC RRO/RRC or equivalent certification is a plus.
