Job Summary:
Trane has an exciting new opportunity to join our organization as a Warranty Administrator in our Key Accounts Service group. Location for this role would be remote.
As a Warranty Administrator, under limited supervision, you are responsible for facilitating all service startup and repair requests for Key Account and Key Account Service Customers. This includes managing each service request through to full completion and accurate cost allocation. This position is required to closely interact with Customers, Project Managers, Parts Supply, and other assigned project staff to ensure the timely completion of each service request
Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:
Creation and updating customer data information in CRM
Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff
Connect and communicates with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff
Schedule and participate in internal project team meetings to ensure accurate management of service requests
Coordinates/communicates with Project Managers, HVAC Field Technicians, Local Service Administrators, Trane Parts Supply, and Trane claims as necessary to resolve obstacles
Responsibilities:
SalesForce data management
Field Service work order creation and management
Managing incoming and outgoing communication of new and existing work order status
Managing Field Service report data for accuracy and timely completion
Qualifications:
Attention to customer care
Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment
