This important role involves processing Subaru warranty claims accurately and efficiently, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Warranty Admin Key Responsibilities:
Process and submit Subaru and extended warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all warranty documentation complies with Subaru’s requirements. Review repair orders for claim eligibility and accuracy. Reconcile warranty receivables and maintain accurate records in the accounting system. Post warranty credits to the dealership’s computer system. Manage rejected claims by resubmitting with corrections or obtaining proper approvals. Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt payment. Tag, track, and log warranty parts with required details (RO numbers, dates, etc.). Coordinate shipment or proper disposal of warranty parts per Subaru guidelines. Maintain organized warranty records and service files.Warranty Admin Compensation and Benefits
