As a Warehouse & Yard Supervisor, you will facilitate transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. You will ensure procedures for warehouse activities in order to meet internal and external customers’ requirements.
 

As a Warehouse & Yard Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Leading, coordinating, or overseeing warehouse & logistics operations.

Ensuring activities include productivity and process quality of warehouse operations, reducing controllable expenses, VCP, & contract labor spend, and covering EHS, logistics and shipping processes (including purchasing, receiving, and shipping).

Managing warehouse to ensure customer requirements are met (including providing scope to contract labor workforce in warehouse).

Managing and coordinating communication between the project managers, global supply chain and the logistics teams or vendors as needed.

Overseeing strategic planning of the logistics for each project to ensure successful delivery and drives cost reduction wherever applicable while meeting customer and safety requirements.

Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.

Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.

Handling targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have at least Bachelor in any fields or related working experience.

Demonstrate more than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse or Logistic.

Have working experience in Warehouse / Distribution / Operations / Asset and/or Inventory especially in Oil & Gas Industry will be a plus.

Have proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, SAP and Excel.

Be willing to base in Songkhla, Thailand and be available for domestic travel when require.

Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical and communication skills in English and Thai.
