The Fountain Tire Saskatoon Distribution Centre (2820 Jasper Ave, Saskatoon, SK) is currently looking for a Permanent/ Full Time Warehouse – YARD Associate to join our team!

 

Shift Schedule: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Wages starting at: $18.00 - $21.00 (based on experience)

As a Warehouse associate, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:

Picking Orders accurately by making sure KPI targets are metReceiving trailers by Sorting, stacking, and putting away products to company standardsLoading and unloading delivery trucks in a timely manner in order to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitmentsMaintaining knowledge of inventory, stock locations, model numbers and handling instructionsYard duties - working outside (all seasons) in storage compound including inventory management and cycle countingAssisting in inventory management through documentation processes and inventory countsWork alone and with a team to proactively increase the efficiency of the warehouse

 What does it take to get on track?

At least 1 years of previous experience in a warehouse or storage compound environment Valid Forklift certification is an assetMUST be experienced in operating medium to large forklifts or similar equipmentMust have drivers license and reliable transportationStandup and order picker experience an asset (send copies if you have them)Ability to consistently lift up to 80 pounds on a regular basis without assistanceBasic computer skills with Windows programsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
