Warehouse Worker - Expeditor (Customer Service) - Second Shift

**Position Details:**
Monday to Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm (must have open availability to alternate weekends and holidays as required)
+ $19.00

**Major Responsibilities:**
-Handles documents for urgent shipments.
-Requests shipment documents from GMM plants when not available.
-Requests in bonds cancellations.
-Works with warehouse workers to ensure that shipments are loaded timely and correctly. Also reports trailer information for shipments when requested. Also ensures that urgent loads are dispatched on time.
-Completes daily hot sheets for designated GMM plants.
-Attends daily conference calls with material follow up clerks located at every GMM plants.
-Ensures that proper Mexico carrier is used for loads.
**Qualifications:**
-Bilingual in English and Spanish (Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages)
-Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across groups and functions
-Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
-High School diploma or equivalent required
-Associates degree or equivalent experience, preferred
-Previous experience in Transportation/Third Party Logistics discipline, preferred
-Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
-Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
