Iron Mountain is seeking a **motivated and safety-focused** Warehouse Worker & Route Driver to join our **Operations** team. These vital team members process incoming and outgoing orders while also loading/moving boxed items and wheeled bins. **What You'll Do** **In this role, you will:** + **Process and Manage Assets:** of incoming and outgoing orders by scanning carton barcodes and locations using the Safekeeper system, ensuring all physical assets are accounted for. + **Collaborate and Resolve Issues:** Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies for incoming or outgoing orders; accurately manifest, bundle, and prepare all orders for secure shipment. + **Drive a commercial truck when needed:** demonstrating safe and efficient driving skills **What You'll Bring** **The ideal candidate will have:** + **Transportation Experience:** At least 2 to 3 years of route transportation experience and a good driving record is preferred. + Minimum age 21 with **a valid G Class driver's license,** and the proven ability to pass a mandatory background check. + **Physical Stamina and Safety:** Proven ability to safely lift at least 70 pounds, push/pull bins ranging from 25 to 350 pounds (average weight 170 pounds), and perform sustained physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, and climbing. + **Customer Focus and Communication:** Strong customer service and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. **What We Offer (Benefits):** + **Compensation and Benefits:** competitive hourly pay starting at **$24/hour,** along with comprehensive extended health insurance, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment. + **Paid Time Off/Holidays:** Enjoy 2 weeks of paid vacation, sick pay, and paid holidays. + **Retirement Program:** Generous Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) contribution to support your financial future. + **Work Gear:** Company-paid uniforms, safety footwear, masks, and gloves are provided. **_Ready to bring your skills to a dynamic team?
