**Warehouse Worker / Material Handler** **Pay:** $21/hour **Location:** Vancouver, WA **Position Overview** We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Worker/Material Handler to support the assembly of custom structural components used in construction projects. In this role, you’ll work with drawings and blueprints to build sub-assemblies and complete structures such as railings, framing, cables, and other specialty pieces. **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble structural components and sub-assemblies using detailed drawings and blueprints. + Support production of construction-related structures including railings, framing, cables, and custom builds. + Verify accurate assembly through blueprint and drawing interpretation. + Load and unload materials from trucks. + Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. **Essential Skills** + Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Proficient with tape measures, hand tools, and power tools. + Familiarity with drills, saws, and general woodworking techniques. **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous experience as a shop helper or in a fabrication environment is a plus. **Why You’ll Love Working Here** + Opportunity for cross-training in various fabrication areas. + Be part of a team that manufactures unique, high-quality products. + Supportive, family-oriented work culture with long-term stability. **Work Environment** This role is based in a back-shop fabrication setting that is partially exposed to weather conditions—expect cooler temperatures in the winter and warmer temperatures in the summer. The team manufactures a wide range of products including park benches, playground equipment, fitness structures, slides, and commercial-grade waste receptacles for customers nationwide. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
