**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** This is an all-inclusive warehouse role with various duties that change depending on the day. Tasks include packing, palletizing, order selecting, loading and unloading, lifting, moving materials, stacking, wrapping, and sorting. **Responsibilities** + Select products according to tickets and accurately place them in boxes for shipments, which includes product labeling and box building. + Move products and packages throughout the warehouse. + Load and unload materials and merchandise from trucks and place them in the appropriate location within the warehouse for storage. + Ensure orders are packed into appropriate shipping containers for customer delivery. + Inspect products while packing to ensure there is no damage. + Stage pallets as needed for shipment. + Assemble daily shipments by order location and category. + Perform quality control assessments and stack items safely and securely. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in a warehouse environment. + Ability to perform heavy lifting. + Good attendance and tenure history. + Skills in forklift operation, packing, inventory management, production, picking, packaging, RF scanning, and material handling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in cold storage is a plus. + Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks is beneficial. + Background in food and beverage is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing company in a brand new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility established in 2022 with multiple new warehouses across the US. The facility uses advanced technology and equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Polk City, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
