**Job Description**
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate verification of part marks and quantities against shipping and receipt paperwork. You will be responsible for electronically processing transactions using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and staging items on designated carts or racks. Packaging parts in accordance with Material Handling Guidelines, kitting requirements, and kit boxes is also a key aspect of the role. Adherence to 5S methodology and safety principles within your personal work area and area of responsibility is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Verify part mark stamps and quantities against shipping and receipt paperwork.
+ Electronically process transactions using WMS and stage items appropriately.
+ Package parts following Material Handling Guidelines and kitting requirements.
+ Maintain adherence to 5S methodology in your work area and broader responsibility.
+ Follow all safety guidance and principles.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
+ Proficiency in using RF (bar-code scan) devices is preferred.
+ Good interpersonal skills.
+ Assertive communication skills with the ability to delegate orders.
+ Problem-solving skills related to order status issues.
+ Ability to multitask under time constraints and in fast-paced environments.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Forklift and reach truck operation.
+ Leadership experience is a plus.

**Work Environment**
This position offers a variety of shifts, including AM/PM with four different schedule options: Sunday to Tuesday, 6 AM to 6 PM, or Wednesday to Saturday, 6 AM to 6 PM. The role involves activities such as shipping and receiving, picking, inventory management, and using a pallet jack.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
