Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will ensure products are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Your contribution will help deliver exceptional service and maintain the integrity of our products.

Key ResponsibilitiesPack products into coolers and apply correct labels to ensure accurate customer orders.Inspect products, coolers, packaging, and dry ice for cleanliness and defects.Follow established procedures to minimize product damage and maintain quality standards.Weigh and verify dry ice quantities; place dry ice into coolers according to specifications.Reject defective dry ice based on weight, packaging, and quality requirements.Identify shipping modes and affix appropriate labels for each order.Perform quality control checks on coolers to confirm accuracy and presentation.Correct packing errors by retrieving proper products or premiums and documenting discrepancies.Maintain productivity by inspecting approximately 75 coolers per hour.Adhere to company safety policies and meet attendance and punctuality expectations.Essential QualificationsMinimum 6 months of warehouse or general labor experience (packing, picking, labeling, loading/unloading).Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.Basic reading, writing, and math skills; ability to follow instructions accurately.Must be at least 18 years of age.SkillsPacking and labelingOrder picking and fulfillmentRF scanner operationLoading and unloadingQuality control and inspectionWhy Join Us?Be part of a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and safety.Opportunities for growth and skill development in a dynamic work environment.Recognition and rewards for your contributions.Large warehouse setting with conveyor systems and high product movement.Normal temperature environment (not freezer conditions).Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
