**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and products. The position involves maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing warehouse space, and assisting in various warehouse activities to meet production and shipping demands. **Responsibilities** + Receive, inspect, and process incoming products and materials. + Accurately pick items from inventory according to pick lists or customer orders. + Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment. + Manage, organize, and retrieve stock. + Inspect products for defects and damages. + Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness. + Maintain accurate inventory records. + Check, verify, and fill customer invoices. + Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely. + Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments. + Adhere to company quality standards and safety regulations. + Other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory management, picking, and material handling. + Proficiency in operating RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks. + Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Effective communication and teamwork abilities. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. **Why Work Here?** Join a high-growth manufacturing business comprised of three recently merged companies. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots, with safety glasses provided. Long pants of thicker material and long sleeves or cut-resistant sleeves are required, except for leggings. The role requires the ability to stand or walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25–50 lbs. You will work in a manufacturing floor environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. The work schedule is a rotating shift of 2-2-3 from 6 am to 6 pm. The initial week will involve comprehensive training before team assignments. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, MD. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
