Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team, responsible for managing daily pickups, organizing outbound loads, and efficiently loading and unloading trailers. You will operate a Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift and use RF Scanners to process inventory.

Responsibilities

Receive daily pickups and organize daily outbound loads.Load trailers to maximize cube space, approximately 10 per day.Unload trailers, approximately 4-5 per day.Operate Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift 60% to 80% of the time.Occasionally perform hand bombing 2 to 3 times per week for up to 20 minutes each time.Use RF Scanner to process inventory.

Essential Skills

1 year of LTL experience or cross-dock experience.1 year of warehouse experience.Propane SDCB ticket.1 year of sit-down forklift experience.Ability to lift 50lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with shipping and receiving paperwork.Experience leading a team and performing general labor.High attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.

Work Environment

The work environment is a cross-dock warehouse with around 20 people on the floor across all shifts, including a shift lead. You will work the day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Saturday to Tuesday and Thursday. Completion of TDG training is required before starting, which will be compensated with 2 hours of paid online coursework. The dress code includes your own steel-toed boots, a provided safety vest, and casual attire otherwise.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $24.50/hr.
