**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring the accuracy of shipment information, and efficiently preparing materials for transport. You will play a crucial role in inventory management, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and supporting your team in various warehouse operations. **Responsibilities** + Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying shipment accuracy against purchase orders. + Process return shipments from customers. + Sort, count, package, and unpack inbound and outbound materials. + Utilize handheld barcode scanners to document material movements. + Prepare shipments by determining the most economical and efficient shipping methods, selecting appropriate containers, and packing products for safe delivery. + Enter data for orders and load/unload trucks. + Build pallets and maintain pallet racks and aisles. + Ensure compliance with all safety-related regulations. + Band and wrap skids, and make boxes. + Assist with inventory management and perform physical inventory counts. + Collaborate as a member of the warehouse team, providing assistance as needed. + Keep the supervisor informed of key issues. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in material handling and order picking. + Experience using RF scanning equipment. + Skill in counting inventory and sorting products. + Capability to prepare orders for shipment and build pallets. + Ability to band and wrap skids. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs. + Proficiency in data entry and basic reading and math skills. + Experience with hand and power tools. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive wages based on your qualifications and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
