Responsibilities: + Pick and pack customer orders using robotics and scanners + Load and secure products on outbound trailers (Store Replen team) + Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe, clean work area + Cross-train in picking, packing, and replenishment tasks + Maintain excellent attendance and reliability + Work entire shift on feet in a non-climate-controlled environment Requirements: + This position is entry level, and training is provided—no previous experience is necessary + Minimum 6-month work history + Distribution Center or Warehouse experience preferred + Experience with distribution systems, scanners, and picking preferred + Ability to maintain a safe and clean work area + Willingness to cross-train in picking, packing, and replenishment tasks + Ability to work on feet for entire shift + Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment + Excellent attendance and reliability + Mandatory overtime may be required + Must be available to work one weekend day Pay/Shift Details: + **1st Shift:** Rotating 3–4 day work week, 12-hour shifts starting at **4:30 AM** , pay **$** 16.50/hr. + **2nd Shift (Training):** Monday–Friday, **4:30 PM–3:00 AM** , pay **$** 17.50/hr. + **Note:** All schedules require one weekend workday.
